Brandon Bell was the big bat in the opener. He had a pair of hits that included a grand slam with five RBI. Daniel Gooden also homered and doubled. Devin Bilardello (3 RBI), Evan Mask, Trenton Nutter, Tristan Roberts (double), and Nick Fink (double) all contributed base hits.

In the second game, Casey Collins (5 IP, 3ER, 9H, 2BB, 5K) limited the Highlanders’ offense, while Colby Taylor and Will Griffin pitched one scoreless relief inning each.
