Bartow County LL wraps up regular season; Cartersville LL continues playoffs



Bartow County Little League major continues its final week of the regular season this week as Cartersville Little League conducts its league playoffs for each age group. The Cartersville Little League Rookie Mets defeated the Giants in the championship game for that age group and four teams — A’s, Red Sox, White Sox, and Reds — continue in the Cartersville Minor League playoffs. In the Cartersville Little League Major Division, the double-elimination city playoffs have narrowed the championship field to the final six teams heading into Thursday night’s games.
