Tough runs by Cooper Melvin and Kaiden Kent moved the Panthers to the 10-yard line where a Trace Hawkins run finished the drive.

Rome’s final effort to tie the game was stopped on a fourth-and-twelve play with one minute remaining. The Wolves quarterback was stopped just inches short of a first down on a tackle by Kent to force a turnover on downs.
