AHSBA results for October 17 Lake Allatoona competition

AHSBA had its second tournament of the season on Saturday, launching out of Payne Boat Ramp on Lake Allatoona. Fifty-five students from the Bartow County area competed in the Junior and Senior League events. Anglers weighed in 161 fish for a combined total of 188.39 pounds. Local anglers finishing in the Top 10: Senior League @ Lake Allatoona 2nd Place - 10.34 lbs - Damien West & Tyler Smith (both of Cass High) - also won big fish with a 4.30 lb largemouth 7th Place - 6.19 lbs - Carter Rice (Cartersville Middle) & Hudson Lusk (Woodland Middle) 8th Place - 6.10 lbs - Austin & Evin Jensen (both of Adairsville High) 9th Place - 5.83 lbs - Chaney Ray & Brenden Carroll (both of Adairsville High) Junior League @ Lake Allatoona 2nd Place - 5.19 lbs - AC Riseden (Cass) & Dyllen Baldwin (Adairsville Middle) 3rd Place - 3.72 lbs - Owen Wiggins & Bill Gaines (both of Woodland Middle) 5th Place - 2.95 lbs - Cooper Moon & Andrew Lutjens (both of Cartersville Middle) 6th Place - 2.67 lbs - Brandon Willard (Red Top Middle) & Bryan Gayton (Woodland Middle) 7th Place - 2.13 lbs - Jarrett Scott & Jackson Mealer (both of Adairsville Middle) - also won big fish with 2.13 lbs AHSBA would like to thank Kadin West of Woodland Middle School for helping the staff track weights during weigh-in.
