Todd top finisher among SH Academy players at the Memorial

Brendon Todd was the top finisher at the Memorial Tournament in Dublin, Ohio this past weekend among PGA Tour stars affiliated with Cartersville Country Club's Scott Hamilton Golf Academy. Todd finished alone in 17th place with an 8-under total for the week. David Lingmerth came from behind to catch Justin Rose on Sunday to force a playoff. Lingmerth won the tournament on the third playoff hole with a par. Hamilton Golf Academy players won PGA Tour events in the two consecutive weeks prior to the Memorial. Chris Kirk won the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial in Fort Worth, Texas May 21-24 and Steven Bowditch won the AT&T Byron Nelson in Irving, Texas May 28-31.
