Excel remains ranked 13th in Class A softball power ratings

The Excel Christian Academy softball team remained ranked No. 13 in Tuesday's release of the GHSA Power Ratings for Class A private schools. The GHSA Class A Private playoffs will include any teams winning their respective region championships and the remainder of the 16-team field will be determined by the power ratings.

The Lady Eagles have three regular season games remaining and there is not a region tournament for Region 6A. Regular season results determine the region title.

Excel has three home games remaining against King's Ridge Tuesday at 4:30, followed by Christian Heritage Thursday, and North Cobb Christian Friday. GHSA Class A Private Schools Power Ratings (release for October 6)
