Lady Cats advance in region tourney

The Woodland Lady Wildcats softball team scored early and often on their way to a 12-0 elimination game victory over North Springs Monday evening at the Region 7AAAAA tournament at River Ridge.

Lilly Jordan tossed a four inning, one-hitter from the circle to shut down the Lady Spartans.

Woodland advances to another 5pm elimination game Tuesday at River Ridge against the loser of Dalton vs. Sequoyah.
