Lady Canes cruise to opening win in state tourney

The Cartersville Lady Canes volleyball team made quick work of Windsor Forest Wednesday night in Savannah.

Cartersville won in dominant fashion in straight sets 25-4, 25-2, and 25-6.

With the victory, the Lady Canes advance to the second round and will face Buford.
