Canes soccer improves to 3-0

The Cartersville boys soccer team defeated Chestatee Friday, 2-1, to improve to 3-0 on the season.

Pedro Robledo scored both goals for the Canes. His first goal came early in the first half. Chestatee tied the game midway through the opening half on a penalty kick, but Robledo’s second half goal turned out to be the game winner.

Cartersville plays at Woodland Tuesday and will host Cass on Friday.
