Cartersville boys soccer shuts out Pickens

The Cartersville boys soccer team controlled the ball throughout most of the game and cruised to a 3-0 victory Friday (March 11) over Pickens.

Cartersville (6-2 overall, 2-1 Region 7-AAAA) scored on goals by Osbaldo Cinderos, Pedro Robledo, and Grant Farmer. Robledo was credited with an assist on the first goal. Cesar Abeja had an assist on the Farmer goal.

The Canes play Gilmer on Tuesday, March 15.
