Lady Colonels fall at Hiram

The Cass girls soccer team lost a non-region match at Hiram Thursday evening, 3-1.

Sidney Vermaas scored in the opening half for the Lady Colonels to knot the score at halftime, 1-1, but a pair of second half goals by the Lady Hornets dispatched Cass.

Hiram evened their season mark at 6-6 with the win.

The Lady Colonels (3-10-1) are scheduled to play at Sprayberry April 13.
