Lady Tigers capture region soccer title

The Adairsville girls soccer team defeated Coahulla Creek Friday night, 4-0, to win the Region 6-AAA championship at Tiger Stadium.

Emily Collum scored a hat trick to lead the Lady Tigers to the victory.

Adairsville (15-1) will play West Hall from Region 7-AAA in the first round of the Class AAA state playoffs next Friday at Tiger Stadium. Kickoff is set for 6pm.
