Woodland volleyball sweeps pair of matches

Woodland volleyball won twice Tuesday at South Cobb High School, defeating the host Lady Eagles and Campbell.

Woodland defeated Campbell in three sets 26-24, 10-25, and 25-21.

In their other match Tuesday, the Lady Cats swept two sets from South Cobb, 25-12 and 25-23.

Madilyn Tuplin totaled 13 kills, 7 digs, two blocks, and one ace in the two matches. Kalia Henry contributed 14 assists, 11 aces, 12 digs, and a block.

Woodland (8-5) plays at Allatoona High School Thursday where the Lady Cats will face the host Bucs and Sonoraville.
