Lady Canes volleyball loses twice on road

The Lady Canes varsity volleyball team continued to challenge themselves with a pair of non-area matches Thursday night at Pope High School. Unfortunately, Cartersville came up on the short end of both matches in straight sets.

Walker defeated the Lady Canes 25-15 and 25-20. Pope won 25-13 and 25-13.

Cartersville (18-16) will compete with the other local teams Saturday at the Bartow County Championship.
