Lady Tigers fall at Haralson tourney

Tori Causey scored 23 points and Alexis Boykin 20 to lead Haralson County past the Adairsville Lady Tigers Thursday night, 78-38 in a semifinal game at the Haralson Holiday Invitational.

The hosting Lady Rebels (10-3, ranked 10th in Class AAA) led throughout, including a 48-21 halftime lead and 70-28 after three quarters.

Zay Harris scored 13 points for Adairsville followed by Emily Collum with seven and Taylor Greene with five points. Nakiyah Washington contributed four points; Latya Printup three; Breanna Wilson, Havyn Isaac, and Josie Summerville scored two apiece.

The Lady Tigers (5-7) will wrap up play at the Haralson tournament Friday.
