Lady Colonels win at Cedartown

The Cass girls soccer team scored four goals in the first half on their way to a 6-0 win at Cedartown Friday night.

The win improved the Lady Colonels' season mark to 2-0.

Logan Vermaas and Haley Henson each scored twice. Stephanie Robledo and Brittney Ochoa added the other goals.

Kelsey Rivera had two assists in the game. Hannah Johnson, Ochoa and Robledo were also credited with assists on goals.

In the nightcap, the Cass boys team lost to Cedartown 4-1 to fall to 0-2 on the season.

Cass hosts Sonoraville Tuesday with the girls’ match scheduled for 5:30pm.
