Adairsville rifle team tops Cass

The Adairsville High School Precision Air Rifle team defeated Cass 1119 to 1076 last Saturday in an Area 10 rifle match.

Seniors Gillian Ballard and Lance Stark led the scoring with scores of 283 and 282, respectively.

Junior T.J. Bosdell shot a 277 and freshman David Mahan (photo) also scored a 277. Adairsville (7-1) travels to Lafayette February 23 where they will compete against Area 10 leader, Lafayette High School.
