Collum scores twice as Lady Tigers' soccer starts season with home win

Emily Collum scored goals in the third and 21st minutes on breakaways as the Lady Tigers topped visiting Dalton Tuesday night.

The lone Dalton goal came in the 48th minute to cut the Adairsville lead in half, but the Lady Tigers were able to hold off the Lady Catamounts down the stretch for the season-opening win.

Adairsville (1-0) plays Thursday at North Springs.
