GHC softball falls in three of four conference games on road

The Georgia Highlands College softball team lost three of four games this past weekend on the road in Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association play.

The Chargers split a doubleheader at South Georgia Friday with a 7-1 loss and a 9-3 victory.

GHC was then swept in a conference doubleheader at East Georgia, 2-1 and 4-3.

The Chargers (23-8, 7-5 GCAA) travel to Roane State CC (Tenn.) Wednesday for a non-conference doubleheader and will host West Georgia Tech in a non-league doubleheader Saturday with first pitch set for 5pm.
