Canes, Lady Canes third at Darlington Five-Way
The Cartersville track and field teams competed Thursday at the Darlington Five-Way Meet in Rome with both the girls and boys teams placing third.
Mount Paran Christian finished with 197 points to win the girls meet. Cedartown was second with 152.5 points; Cartersville scored 125.5. Coosa placed fourth with 71.5 points; and Darlington scored 60.5.
Darlington won the boys meet with 168 points. Cedartown was next with 159.5. Cartersville scored 144.5. Mount Paran was fourth with 75.5 points and Coosa scored 73.5.
