Adairsville, Cass track and field teams compete at Southeast Whitfield Invite
The Cass boys finished fifth, Adairsville boys sixth, Cass girls seventh, and Adairsville girls 11th Saturday at the 13-school Southeast Whitfield Track & Field Invitational.
Dalton won the girls meet with 112 points. Heritage-Catoosa (77) was second followed by Gilmer (75) in third place. The Cass girls scored 40 points. Adairsville finished with 23.5.
The Dalton boys also won with 106 points. Heritage-Catoosa (96) was second while Pickens and Calhoun tied for third with 70 points each. Cass finished with 63 points. Adairsville totaled 42.
