GHC softball splits DH at East Georgia

Georgia Highlands softball split a conference doubleheader Monday at East Georgia CC, winning the opener 5-3 but dropping Game 2 in extra innings, 4-3.

The Chargers are 22-13 for the year and 10-4 in GCAA play.

After one rotation of conference opponents, GHC is in second place.

The Chargers are scheduled to play Thomas University JV Tuesday afternoon in a non-conference doubleheader.
