Games reported for Tuesday, October 9 and Thursday, October 11 by the Cartersville Parks and Recreation Department and the Bartow County Parks and Recreation Department. NOTE: Some games from October 9 have been previously reported on this site.
Thursday, October 9 10U at Cunningham Stadium, Grassdale, Old Cass HS
BARTOW COWBOYS 14, BARTOW FALCONS 12
COWBOYS: James Lee scored on a 35-yard touchdown run. Jacob Jones added a one yard touchdown run. Adam Rushing kicked the two-point conversion. Lucas Pealor recorded a pair of tackles. FALCONS: Elijah Beaulieu returned an interception 50 yards for a touchdown and Eli Simmons caught a 60-yard touchdown pass from Korbyn Jarrett. Malakai Keita had five tackles. Simmons had four tackles. Beaulieu had two tackles, a fumble recovery, and an interception.
Thursday, October 11
12U at Cunningham Stadium, Grassdale, Old Cass HS
BARTOW BUCS 32, BARTOW FALCONS 0
BUCS: Jamious Kinnemore scored on an 80-yard kick off return and had a 58-yard TD run. Kintrell Whatley had a 12-yard touchdown run. Treshaun Reed had a one-yard TD run. Cadyn Wade converted four, two-point kicks. Kinnemore had four tackles. Wade added three stops.
FALCONS: Jesse Wiseman finished with 74 rushing yards. Aidan Piatt had 29 yards rushing. Wiseman contributed five tackles. Sean Sisk had a pair of tackles.
10U at Cunningham Stadium, Grassdale, Old Cass HS
CARTERSVILLE WHITE CANES 28, BARTOW STEELERS 14
WHITE: Reed Ezell had touchdown runs of 60-, 31-, 25-, and two yards. Ezell had seven tackles. Adam Reed had five tackles. Tomas Martin had four tackles.
STEELERS: Kyron McClendon had a 25-yard touchdown run and finished with 86 yards rushing. Julius Jones had 32 yards rushing including a 12-yard TD run. McClendon had seven tackles and one interception. Braxton Elrod collected three tackles.
10U at Hamilton Crossing Park
BARTOW RAIDERS 46, BARTOW TIGERS 26
RAIDERS: Iziah Burgs had touchdown runs of 52-, 40-, 37-, 25-, and five yards. Joshua Love added a 48-yard touchdown tun and converted three, two-point kicks. Burgs had six tackles. Dalton Robertson had five tackles.
TIGERS: Westin Crisp had touchdown runs from 12- and 10-yards. Brad Barton scored on a 40-yard run. Drew Nida connected with Ethan Hendley for a 21-yard touchdown pass. Barton contributed three tackles.
8U at Hamilton Crossing Park
BARTOW COLTS 26, BARTOW FALCONS 12
COLTS: Channing Briggs scored on two runs of 60- and 33-yards. Karsin Darby added a 12-yard touchdown run. Coltin Gibson had eight tackles. Christopher Parker had six tackles. Darby collected four tackles.
FALCONS: Gary Douglas had touchdown runs of 75- and 45-yards. Douglas and Brenlee Smith had four tackles apiece. Noah Janssen contributed three tackles.
