2020 local high school football schedules

With Woodland's release Wednesday, all four local high schools have now released their 2020 high school football schedules. The schools have also released their pre-season scrimmage dates.

Woodland will travel to Model for a pre-season scrimmage on August 7. Adairsville will square off with Coosa on August 14 but the site has yet to be determined by the two schools. Cass will host Pepperell in a scrimmage on August 14 and Cartersville will travel to Dalton to scrimmage the Catamounts -- also on August 14. The 10-game regular season schedules will begin for all four local programs on August 21. Adairsville will have a pair of non-region regular season games while Cartersville, Cass, and Woodland will each play five regular season games before they begin region action.

Adairsville's region slate begins September 11 when the Tigers host Murray County. Cartersville, Cass, and Woodland will each play in the same region and their league games will be played during the five Fridays in October.
