Adairsville falls to Cedartown

Adairsville softball dropped a 17-10 decision Monday to visiting Cedartown.

The two teams combined for 29 hits in the slugfest.

Gabi Becerra had four hits to lead Adairsville including two doubles, a triple, and four RBIs. Madison Baker (three RBIs), Riley Mounger, Ashlyn Carlton, and Chelsea Bates (RBI) followed with two hits each.

The non-region loss dropped the Lady Tigers to 1-3 on the season.

Adairsville hosts Sonoraville Thursday at 5 p.m.
