The girls’ and boys’ tennis teams at Adairsville High School split Region 7-AAA matches with visiting Northwest Whitfield on Thursday evening at Hamilton Crossing Park. The Lady Tigers won 4-1, and the Tigers lost 1-4.

Line 1 — Camdyn Collins lost 2-6, 0-6 to Rachel Edwards
Line 2 — Logan Dean won 6-2, 7-5 against Josie Marcum
Line 3 — Jamie Tanksley 6-2, 6-0 against Jiya Patel

Line 1 — Allison Potter and Presley Goble won 6-2, 1-6, 7-5 against Ren Griffin and Anslie Clay
Line 2 — Emma Welborn and Marley Nalls won 6-7, 7-5, 6-4 against Alyssa Stanley and Karsen Newton

The Adairsville girls are now 4-3 overall and 1-0 in region action. The Adairsville boys now have a 3-4 record and are 0-1 in Region 7-AAA.
