Adairsville volleyball sweeps Cass

Adairsville volleyball won a best-of-five match at Cass Wednesday night taking three straight sets 25-19, 25-19, and 28-26.

Adysen Garvey had five service aces and six kills for Adairsville. Addie Pearson finished with nine kills. Jordan Hartline and Jayna Wilson added five kills each. Wilson also had four blocks.

Cara Harp contributed 13 assists while Sherry Wells and Jenna Claire Hendley pitched in with 15 digs each.

Adairsville (10-20, 2-3 Region 6-AAA) takes on LaFayette and Bremen on Tuesday at Bremen.

Cass (4-26-1, 1-4 Region 7-AAAAA) returns to action next Thursday at the region tournament.
