Blue Devils sweep Cass soccer teams

The Cass girls and boys soccer teams suffered non-region losses Tuesday night at Bremen.

The Lady Colonels fell behind 5-0 by halftime and lost 10-0 to the Lady Blue Devils (6-4).

The Colonels trailed just 2-1 at the intermission with a goal by Christian Villela, but the host Blue Devils (8-1-1) poured in six goals in the second half for an 8-1 win.

The Cass girls (2-8) and boys (4-6) return to the home pitch next Tuesday when they open Region 7-5A play against Hiram.
