Cartersville High golfers Bodie Brumlow and Reid Henson led the Purple Hurricanes to a second straight Class AAAA state championship this spring and have now been named All-State golfers in their classification.
Brumlow, a rising senior, shot rounds of 65-69 (8-under par) at Savannah Golf Club to win the 2026 Class AAAA individual title. In addition to his All-State honor, the University of Georgia commit was named the 2026 Class AAAA Player of the Year.
Henson, a rising junior, posted rounds of 71-72 (1-over par) and tied for second place individually at the state finals in Savannah as the Hurricanes finished 18 shots ahead of North Oconee.
