Brumlow wins individual title, Canes runner-up at Allatoona Spring Breakout

The Carterville High School boys’ golf team recorded its best 18-hole score of the season and finished runner-up on Monday at the 12-team Allatoona Spring Breakout contested at The Governors Golf Club in Acworth.
Bodie Brumlow won the individual title with a 5-under par 67. Reid Henson finished one shot back at 68.
The Class 6A Harrison Hoyas won the tournament title. Cartersville shot a 1-over par 289 to finish second.
The Canes will return to the same venue next Monday and Tuesday for the 36-hole Billy Peek Invitational.
