Canes first, Lady Canes runner-up in Weinman Stadium tri-meet

The Cartersville boys track and field team finished first and the Cartersville girls were second in a tri-meet held Thursday at Weinman Stadium.

The Hurricanes finished with 88 points head of Kennesaw Mountain (45) and Pickens (25). The Kennesaw Mountain girls finished with 83.5 team points followed by Cartersville (47.5) and Pickens (20).
