The Cartersville High School cheer team won its third consecutive region championship Saturday finishing ahead of runner-up Calhoun and third place Cass at the Region 7-AAAAA Championship.
Adairsville finished as Region 6-AAA runner-up with Sonoraville taking the region title.
Woodland was 16th in the Co-Ed State Sectionals.
