Cartersville Little League 11U tournament team advances to state

Cartersville Little League's 11U tournament team won the Georgia District 1 championship by sweeping Bartow County in a best-of-three series. The Cartersville Little League 9-11 year old tournament team recently captured the 2025 Georgia Little League District 1 championship by defeating Bartow County Little League 9-11 in a best-of-three series.


Cartersville won two straight games by 2-0 and 7-5 scores. They advance to the Georgia Little League 9-11 State Tournament, which begins on July 5 at American Little League in Columbus.
