Cartersville Twisters' Viciana with top ten performances at Men's Junior U.S. Championships

In addition to former Cartersville Twisters athlete Brody Malone winning the U.S. Championships this past weekend in Fort Worth, Texas, current Junior Elite gymnast Danilo Viciana of the Twisters program finished highly ranked at the Men's Junior U.S. Championships in Daytona Beach, Florida.

This was the first U.S. Championships competition for Viciana who is a rising senior at Lassiter High School in Marietta.

Danilo, trained by Cartersville Twisters Coach Andrei Kouznetsov finished second in the nation on floor exercise and ninth nationally in the All-Around competition. He plans to continue his gymnastics career at the collegiate level.
