Cass boys basketball team withdraws from Lemon Street Classic

The Cass High School boys basketball has dropped out of the 2021 Lemon Street Classic hosted by Marietta High School. Cass head coach Byron Taylor submitted the following statement to Bartow Sports Zone Sunday night:

"In an abundance of caution, we will be dropping out of the Lemon Street Classic due to a person testing positive for Covid-19 within our program. We will shut down all team activities, which includes our JV basketball team as well for the week of 12/19 - 12/26. Please be safe and enjoy the holidays. I will be in communication with you guys to notify you on when we will proceed with team activities. Thank you." ~~ Coach Taylor
