The Cass High School swim team placed second in combined scores Tuesday night as the Colonels hosted a six-team event at the Adairsville High School facility.


Pickens was the overall winner with 187 points, finishing 14 points ahead of Cass. Model (120), Hiram (70), Armuchee (25), and Pepperell (2) rounded out the scoring.


The Lady Colonels were first in the girls’ scoring with 123 points, followed by Model (54) and Pickens (52). The Pickens boys scored 135 points, followed by Model (66) and Cass (50).
