Cass swim team wins six-team meet

The Cass High School swim team won a six-team meet Tuesday night as hosts at the Adairsville High School pool.

The Colonels finished with 198 points followed by Model (109.5), Southeast Whitfield (83.5), Pepperell (13), Armuchee (13), Armuchee (7), and Coosa (2).

The Cass boys earned 112 of the team’s points with the Lady Colonels earning 86.

The next event for Cass is the Northwest Regional Championships at Calhoun High School Friday and Saturday.
