Cass teams remain ranked in Class AAAAA Top Ten
The Cass girls and boys basketball teams remain ranked among the Top Ten basketball teams this week in both the SandysSpiel.com and Score Atlanta polls.
The Lady Colonels (17-0) are ranked No. 4 in Class AAAAA in the SandysSpiel.com poll and No. 5 in the Score Atlanta poll.
The Cass boys (14-5) are ranked No. 9 in Class AAAAA in both polls.
In Class AAA, the Coahulla Creek and Sonoraville girls are in the Top Ten out of Adairsville’s Region 6-AAA. Coahulla Creek is No. 3 and No. 4 in the two recognized polls. Sonoraville is ranked No. 3 by SandysSpiel and No. 6 by Score Atlanta.
In Class AAA boys, LaFayette is No. 5 and Sonoraville is No. 8 in the Score Atlanta rankings. The Phoenix also come in at No. 9 in the SandysSpiel poll where LaFayette is unranked.
In Class A Private that includes Excel Christian’s league, 7-A Private, the Christian Heritage boys are ranked 6th and 7th in the two separate polls.
