ECA basketball has three recognized on All Region 7-A Team
The Excel Christian Academy boys basketball team had a pair of representatives on the 2020-21 Region 7-A Private All-Region Team
Rashard Doyal and Elijah Payne were named Second Team All Region and Kalil Holley was Honorable Mention.
Doyal, a senior, scored 12.4 points per game with just over four rebounds and two steals per game. Payne, a freshman, led the Eagles in scoring with 14.1 points per game. He also grabbed 9.1 rebounds per game and had just over two blocked shots per game.
Holley, a senior, scored 11.3 points per game and averaged just over five rebounds per game.
