Henson competes at Georgia PGA Assistants' Championship

Dalton Henson, a former Reinhardt University golfer and current assistant professional at Cartersville Country Club, finished tied for 33rd on Monday at the Georgia PGA Assistants’ Championship held at Augusta Country Club.
Henson shot an opening round 80, but bounced back with a closing 73 to move up ten spots and earn 153 points in the 2025 Player of the Year race.
Fifty-nine PGA assistant professionals competed on the par-72, 7,060-yard Donald Ross course in Augusta.
