Lady Canes' golf team earns a spot in the Class 5A state championship tournament

The Cartersville High girls golf team placed second at the Class 5A, Area 3 tournament on Monday at Fields Ferry Golf Club in Calhoun.
The Area runner-up finish secures the team a spot in the Class 5A State Championship Tournament on May 20-21 at Okefenokee Country Club in Blackshear.
