Lady Colonels celebrate Senior Night with win over Pebblebrook

The Cass Lady Colonels celebrated their 2026 seniors on Tuesday night with a 2-1 home victory over the Pebblebrook Falcons.
Vanessa Garcia scored off an assist from Nat Hughes in the 33rd minute to give Cass a 1-0 advantage at halftime. The Colonels made it 2-0 in the second half when Ryland Piatt’s individual effort found the net in the game’s 74th minute.
Pebblebrook scored a goal in the final minute, but the Lady Colonels held on for the win.
The Falcons dropped to 3-12 on the season. Cass (5-10) wraps up the 2026 campaign on Thursday at Class 6A Cherokee.
FALCONS TOP COLONELS
The Pebblebrook Falcons led 5-1 at halftime on Tuesday and defeated the Cass Colonels by a 7-2 final score. Pebblebrook improved to 13-4 heading into the Class 6A state playoffs. Cass (8-7) closes out the season at Class 6A Cherokee on Thursday night.
