Lady Colonels level season mark with home win over Villa Rica

Senior striker Leidi Toribio scored a goal Friday in the Lady Colonels 3-1 home victory over Villa Rica.

The Cass girls soccer team defeated Villa Rica Friday night at home, 3-1.

Morgan Tompkins scored off a deflection from Dayanara Pineda. Leidi Toribio found the net following a cross from Anna Marsala, and Marsala added an unassisted goal in the final minute of play for the Lady Colonels.

Cass (3-3) will host Calhoun next Friday to open play in Region 7-AAAAA.
