Tigers get ready for region tournament
Adairsville volleyball lost its final regular season match Tuesday night at Coahulla Creek, 25-21 and 25-19.
Addie Pearson finished with three service aces, three kills, five assists, and five digs for Adairsville. Jayna Wilson totaled three kills and two digs. Jenna Claire Hendley added two kills, two blocks, and 12 digs.
Adairsville (10-23) finished sixth in the region standings and will begin the Region 6-AAA tournament Thursday with a 5:30 p.m. first-round match at No. 3-seeded Ringgold. The double-elimination tournament continues on Saturday at Gordon Lee.
