Adairsville volleyball split a pair of Region 6-AAA matches Thursday evening at Sonoraville, beating Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe 25-16, 27-25 before falling to the host Lady Phoenix, 25-17, 25-16.
Sonoraville improved to 17-12 overall and 7-1 in region play. LFO slipped to 5-18 overall and 0-6 in region action.
Adairsville (16-6-1, 4-2) plays in the Bartow County Championship Tournament Saturday at Cartersville’s Storm Center.
