Lawrence, who has committed to Clemson, is the nation's top pro-style quarterback recruit and widely recognized as the number one recruit in the nation for all positions.

Cartersville opens the 2017 season August 18 at Allatoona in Cobb County. The Canes have their official GHSA scrimmage on August 11 at Westminster in Atlanta.
