Flooding at Westminster's stadium forces officials to move Friday's scrimmage with Canes to

Cartersville High School’s official GHSA football scrimmage this Friday night has been moved from Westminster in Atlanta to the Canes’ Weinman Stadium.

Flooding at the Wildcats’ home stadium forced school officials to relocate the game.

Also in official scrimmage action this Friday, Woodland will travel to Adairsville in a matchup of Bartow County rivals.

The Cass Colonels will take the field for their official GHSA scrimmage on Friday, August 18 when they host the Pepperell Dragons. Pepperell is participating in two scrimmages since they did not conduct spring football practice. The Dragons are playing Paulding County this Friday.
