Lady Colonels fall at Midtown in the first round

The Lady Colonels had their 2025-26 season end on Tuesday night with a Class 4A first-round state playoff loss at Midtown High School in Atlanta, 56-29.


The Lady Knights, a No. 2 seed out of Region 4-4A, improved to 19-10 on the season and advanced to play at North Oconee in the second round on Friday.


North Oconee defeated Perry in the first round, 77-37.


The Cass girls' season ends with a 12-14 record.
